Mass Effect may become a movie

Legendary Pictures, the studio that produced the recent Batman films, 300 and Watchmen, this week acquired the film rights to bring Mass Effect to the big screen.

The game, created by Canadian producer BioWare and published by Electronic Arts, offers various issues to be explored in a feature film, as imperialism, individualism or question “man versus machine”. These elements should be used by Mark Protosevich, author of scripts for films like ‘I Am Legend‘, to adapt to the Mass Effect movie.
